1. Nature of Products

As our products are food items intended for consumption, they are classified as perishable goods. For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Product received in damaged condition.

  • Product leakage during transit.

  • Incorrect product delivered.

  • Product received in an expired condition.

  • Manufacturing defect or verified quality issue.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, customers must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide the order number.

  • Share clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue.

  • Share images of the outer packaging (if damaged during transit).

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Replacement Policy

Upon verification of the issue, Vraj Organic Farms may provide:

  • A free replacement of the product, or

  • A refund, at our sole discretion.

Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

5. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • UPI payments may be refunded to the registered UPI ID.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened, used, or consumed.

  • Customer dislikes the taste, aroma, texture, or personal preference of the product.

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.

  • Requests made after the specified reporting period.

  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our facility.

8. Delivery Issues

If an order is marked delivered but not received, customers must notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate the matter with the delivery partner and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Quality Assurance

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. We maintain strict quality standards in sourcing, packaging, and handling to ensure customers receive fresh and authentic products.

10. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Vraj Organic Farms shall not exceed the purchase value of the product ordered by the customer.
